New itineraries designed for parishes and Catholic communities.
What’s New at Regina Tours
Each year, new Catholic pilgrimages emerge from more than destinations—they are rooted in the stories, traditions, and moments of faith that continue to draw people together. This season, Regina Tours introduces three new pilgrimages—each offering a distinct way to experience the Catholic Faith across cultures, history, and sacred places. These new itineraries expand where we travel, but more importantly is how those experiences unfold. through shared prayer, meaningful encounters, and time dedicated to the Catholic faith.

10-Day Czech Republic, Germany & Austria
Across Prague, Vienna, and Munich, the Catholic faith is expressed through architecture, music, and centuries of devotion. In Prague, pilgrims encounter the Gothic beauty of St. Vitus Cathedral and the baroque richness of St. Nicholas Church, while Vienna offers the grandeur of St. Stephen’s Cathedral—its presence shaping the spiritual and cultural life of the city for generations. These are not only historic landmarks but living expressions of the Catholic tradition in Central Europe.
The journey continues into Germany, where the faith is experienced through both place and tradition, bringing together the artistic and spiritual heritage that has shaped Catholic Europe. A classical concert in Salzburg adds another dimension—music originally written for worship, experienced within the Catholic settings for which it was created—offering a deeper connection to the role of faith in the region’s cultural life.

St. Paul & St. Peter: Malta, Sicily & Rome
This Catholic pilgrimage traces the early Church across the Mediterranean, beginning in Malta—where St. Paul was shipwrecked and where his presence is still remembered at sites such as St. Paul’s Bay, St. Paul’s Grotto, and the Church of St. Paul’s Shipwreck in Valletta. From there, the pilgrimage continues through Sicily, where St. Paul stopped on his way to Rome, before arriving in the Eternal City itself.
In Rome, the pilgrimage reaches its culmination at the very heart of the Catholic Faith —standing within St. Peter’s Basilica, visiting the Basilica of St. Paul Outside the Walls where the Apostle is buried, walking the paths of the early Christians along the Appian Way and visiting the major basilicas of Rome—encountering the Catholic faith from its earliest days to its living presence today With the recent election of Pope Leo XIV, the first American pope, Rome takes on an added dimension for Catholic pilgrims today—a chance to experience the Vatican not only in its history, but in a moment of living continuity.

The Footsteps of Saint Mother Teresa & Medjugorje
This new Catholic pilgrimage follows the life and legacy of Saint Mother Teresa, beginning in Albania and North Macedonia, where her early years took shape. In Tirana and Skopje, pilgrims visit sites closely connected to her life, including the Mother Teresa Pavilion, her family home, and the Memorial House built on the site of her childhood parish. The journey continues through Ohrid—often called the “Jerusalem of the Balkans”—with visits to historic churches such as St. Sophia and St. John at Kaneo, before moving through regions where the Catholic faith has endured across generations, including Prizren and Shkoder, long-standing centers of Catholic life in the Balkans.
From there, the pilgrimage leads to Medjugorje, one of the most visited Marian pilgrimage sites in the world, where pilgrims gather at St. James Church for prayer, Eucharistic adoration, and confession, and climb Apparition Hill in reflection on the mysteries of the Rosary. Along the way, visits to places such as the Basilica of Our Lady of Good Counsel and the Church of St. Anthony of Lac deepen the connection to a living Catholic faith shaped by both history and witness. What begins in the quiet origins of Saint Mother Teresa’s life culminates in a place of ongoing pilgrimage and devotion—making her example of faith and service something encountered, not just remembered.
